ORDERS & DELIVERY CHARGES

Orders can be placed by telephone or email and the minimum order of £100.00 is required for the London area.

Outside Great London the minimum order is £450.00 plus transport cost of £30.00 – £35.00. For orders over £900.00 transport is free of charge. Deliveries are on pallets to ensure secure transport and avoid any damage.

PRICES

All our prices exclude VAT and are delivery free within London area. Our price list is available on request. We aim to hold our prices for the duration of this list but they may change at any time without notice due to currency market or duty fluctuation.

PAYMENT TERMS

If you do not have a credit account with Speciality Food Traders Ltd , payment must be made before goods are dispatched or if agreed, on receipt of the goods.

If you have an agreed credit account with Speciality Food Traders Ltd, settlement of all invoices must be made within 30 days of invoice date. All cheques are to be made to “Speciality Food Traders Ltd” and posted to the address on the invoice.

Payments by BACS are to be made to the Bank indicated on the invoice.

CLAIMS

All goods must be checked upon delivery. Claims for damages and/or non delivered goods must be notified on the delivery note or within 24hours of delivery by emailing or phoning the office. No claim for missing or damaged goods will be accepted later on.

TITLE OF GOODS

Please note that products remain the property of “Speciality Food Traders Ltd” until outstanding accounts are settled in full.
